Die For Me is a straight up banger! Damn I really like the album as a whole as well. I’ll be listening to this a lot over the next few weeks.

The only track that feels out of place to me is Wow. Even the production feels different. Feels more like a Bentley’s track than Hollywood Bleeding?

 

Enemies -> Circles is the "heart" of the record imo

 

Internet is probably my least favorite. Really like the album though. Halsey's verse is great. The Ozzy/Travis Scott song is something I never would have expected.

 

Internet is pretty bad. First impression is that Die For Me is my favorite. The Halsey feature is crazy good

 

I found Die For Me boring tbh

 

Staring at the Sun's prechorus phrasing/notes is basically a Taking Back Sunday vocal line

 

Staring at the Sun just sounds like Sunflower haha

 

loving this even more on my second listen.

 

Thought it was a remix or something at first.

 

I like this, but on first listen it seems a bit samey

 

Back half of this record is particularly strong, starting with I’m Gonna Be.

Dude just makes me happy.

 

I'm just going to go out here and call it a Thrice reference. So far, I really enjoy this album but have to give it a few listens.

 

I definitely think this is his most consistently good album, his other ones kind of go up and down for me. I really like the sound he's going for on here

 

This is definitely his most cohesive work so far. It is the first time I can play one of his albums front to back and Circles is stupid good.

 

so I finally actually listened to all of beerbongs and bentleys and I never expected me to love nearly all of it but I did. I think only 3 songs didn’t click with me which is insanely good. Candy Paint, Paranoid, Rich and Sad >>>

and today I’m going to listen to Hollywood Bleeding because I listened to circles about 100 times. It’s so good.

honestly think that song has the most cringey lyrics on the album

 

Definitely some, just love that part/delivery though.
