The Oklahoma Kid's new EP Featherminded is awesome, it reminds me of old Novelists mixed with Anchors & Hearts and a touch of Moths, i like it a lot! listen here https://tr.ee/xQ7z0hs1rF
solid posthardcore band! (got this in the tragic hero records newsletter) This week marks the 6th anniversary of Roseview's album The Misery In Me! Melissa Pritchard from AltCorner said it best: "This band really does leave you wanting more with their own amazing sound that all you rock and metal fans will love." Click below to hear the most popular track from the record, "Haze". and my personal favorite (a lil bit heavier than haze)
Most new bands in this prog post-hardcore/"Swancore" realm I find to be mostly unlistenable but these guys are absolutely insanely good, feels like a tech-ier more riffy take on the Narco Debut album
In a "now that's a name I haven't heard in a long time", Lady Radiator just put their final EP from 2010 on streaming services. RIYL: Hail The Sun, Stolas, Artifex Pereo, pretty much everything in that proggy post-hardcore space. I remember the vocalist reminding me of Daryl Palumbo here and there as well. edit: Well the lyrics definitely haven't aged well
