Not sure if that was a reply to my comment, but my creative comment was to Void of Vision.

 

Just speaking out loud. Void of Vision is ok as well but sound like a typical mash up of industrial and metalcore, or even nu metal.

 

Clearly, my ears are messed up.

Wow, that’s a big “time flies” one. It was always weird to me how that band seems to flame out. They Felt like they had lasting power.

 

That chorus vocal melody *chef kiss*. Some of Phil Bayer's phrasing reminds me of Trenton Woodly from Hands Like Houses.

 

Shocked by how much I like the black veil brides and In This Moment releases

After breaking up 17 years ago Symphony in Peril is back and I am so stoked!

 

The ex Zao band? I remember them being super unreliable when they were active.

 

Yeah Shawn was the vocalist from Zao before Dan. Their first album had its moments. Their second album The Whores Trophy was a jam with me and my buddies back in the day.

 

Have thoroughly enjoyed the last few singles from these guys. Vocals have greatly improved.

 

Far and away my favorites of current era metalcore. Need higher tour slots.
