Just watched a video on youtube about "tiktokfication" (or smth?) of music - aaand this feels like a perfect example hmmm. Though it is catchy, love most of the music video, but I'm curious to hear some more!

 

Did it talk about the new Jonas Brothers song? That's the most obvious TikTok bait I've heard in a while

 

No, her video came out around the same time now, so I guess the timing wouldn't make it possible, but oh yeah - I did go check it out very fast right now, and it has everything she talked about as for how the song goes hahh, as well as for the video ;d (*Gabi Belle is the creator of the video I clicked btw.)

New song is great, was not expecting that ending at all!

 

I think Champ is overall kind of a mess but it’s nice that it sounds like they’re trying again

 

Unfortunately still found that one boring. The chuggy guitars at the end excited me then it went back to radio pop. Snore. This used to be my favorite band, I'm super bummed I feel that way.

Same here! Though I also really like Uknown Mortal Orch and that will still be the most exciting feature for me

Champ is cool and all but nothing that I was super hyped on. Honestly, this band has been pretty whatever to me for the last near decade now and I have zero anticipation for this record. Seeing so many guest artists aren’t helping either.

Massive bummer all around.
