This was such a perfect intro to Secret Sky last year...

 

I’ve had a very hard week and knowing this album is there for me is such a relief.

this actually fucking happened and I'm sobbing, I can't hold it together - so happy for him

 

Finally checking this out and wow this is amazing

 

What's the difference between Porter Robinson and Virtual Self? Are they two separate projects? Gonna dive into more of his stuff because this album is really hitting.

 

Yep, two separate projects and they don't intersect but Porter is behind both!

Might give this a listen, have always liked the few singles he's put out over the years and seems to be a fair bit of kudos for this album

 

Been really digging this since it came out, really infectious. Started listening to Masakatsu Takagi's piano stuff too, found out about him from press around this album

 

Sort of a repost... the basis of another remix I posted a little while back... but man, the feeling I get from this is just unmatched.

Listening to this now and just had to stop in and say “Wind Tempos” damn near made me cry. I see a similar sentiment has been shared

 

when everything drops out for the piano I just get all in my feelings

 

My first listen moved me similarly. What a beautiful song.

 

Is it just me that hears lots of Purity Ring in this?

 

Probably lol.

 

He's absolutely influenced by them. He used to play them in his sets a lot when he would DJ.
