Porridge Radio Make Indie Rock for the Angsty Antisocial in All of Us

 

Umm this is gonna be the best album of the year based on the singles. This is not only that good. From what I’ve heard this record has a chance to be top of decade lists.

this band is going to be special. Listen up. It’s like The Cure and Sleater-Kinney and grunge and punk and indie rock. It’s incredible.

Listening now. Really good so far. Definitely get some SK vibes, which is always a good thing.

 

Kinda reminds me of a rockier Nilüfer Yanya, but it’s probably just her voice. Either way, stupid good. The end of Lilac just gave me MASSIVE chills

 

“Don’t Ask Me Twice” is my favorite song of the year.

the opening 3 song run is insane.

 

Yea and the vocals are definitely reminiscent of Nilüfer Yanya. And sometimes they remind me of Robert Smith.

 

Haven't gotten a chance to listen to this yet but I am so excited. I did grab a ticket to their show in August though, hopefully the world is back to functioning by then.

 

Never heard of them before today but this is fucking awesome and on first listen might actually be my favorite album released today

The album can be so abrasive and so the moments of beauty always surprise the shit out of me.

 

I’m really loving this. Vocals remind me of Indigo De Souza big time.

 

Uhhh yeah that last minute of lilac is literally transcendent lol

 

“Born Confused” has got to be the best song I’ve heard this year. This record is so fucking good!!!
