I figure there has to be some performances for the extra tracks at the very least - there's a few shots of Akon in a montage in the movie which I assume is from a "Should I Move?" performance. I can't wait to own this and watch it all the time.

 

Yea, I'm sure there are tons of deleted scenes of Connor's excess, more members of his entourage, and unused real-life musician interview scenes.

 

Looked at the numbers for this, and it bombed. Not really sure why.

 

It was ahead of its time and will be revered by future generations

 

Comedies are a tough thing. Especially mockumentary/parodies. I'm sure this will do better on DVD/VOD.

 

The Lonely Island aren't exactly household names and their popularity is mostly from online, not in a bad way

 

I remember reading how 4-minute YouTube videos with millions of views doesn't translate to going out to see a full-length movie

 

Can't wait to watch this again. I usually end up thinking about a few random scenes each day and geeking out to myself quietly at work. Today, it's Maximus' viking funeral.
