I think the jokes hit better if you don't listen going in. It'll only enhance the movie experience for you IMO.

Just saw this. Enjoyed it a lot. Definitely wish I wouldn't have listened to the soundtrack before seeing it, would've have made the songs a lot more fun. Still liked it a lot though. Great cameos.

 

Enjoyed this a ton, particularly the dick bit and the CMZ stuff. Really wish it had a stronger opening weekend. Glad I didn't listen to the soundtrack first, but also disappointed because I don't think a lot of the songs are very funny outside of the movie.

 

Finally saw this today, and it's pretty much everything I could have hoped for from a Lonely Island movie. I was consistently cracking up for the entire thing, the music was great and the cameos were fantastic. I'd have to watch it a few more times to see if it tops Hot Rod for me but I definitely wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Favorite movie of the year so far.

I really hope the poor box office showing doesn't keep these guys from getting to make more movies.


Also side note, this movie just solidified my belief that Jorm is the funniest of the three

 

Everytime I think of him I just hear him saying, "SPRING BREAK YA'LL" from Spring Break Anthem

 

I have a friend who's into EDM and looks just like Jorm. I can't get over it. But yeah, he's great. They're all great.

 

Jorm is easily the funniest of the three. Jorm and Kiv actually always slay me the most in group interviews/performances, but hell, it says a lot about your comedy group when fucking Andy Samberg is the least funny one. But yeah, they all fucking rock so much.

 

I think I laughed the most at Akiva sitting in the limo looking like he was going to murder someone. Fuck this was great. I need to go see it again.

 

Also just saw it, and sad it's not doing better. Very much enjoyed it.


The CMZ parts were by far my favorite bits, so good.

Yeah, this was a lot of fun. Saw it today, only person in the theater. Awesome for me, bummer for...movies.

Man, I already can't wait to see this again.

Speaking of Jorma being the best, I just saw that episode of Man Seeking Woman last night where he played Cupid and fuck he just kills me.
