I was wearing my Style Boyz sweatshirt as I was walking into a Balance & Composure show the other day and someone shouted at me. Glad to know there are other Connor 4 Real-heads out there.

 

Finally got to see this last night. Exceeded all my expectations. It's just too bad that it apparently only got a relatively very small release here.

I watched this movie out of complete boredom the other night and thought it was pretty funny. Not sure why, but I thought the CMZ bits were the funniest.

That last CMZ scene when Arnett has two cups, then it cuts to the rest of the CMZ crew and they suddenly all each have their own cups, and then it cuts back to Arnett who lifts up three cups duct-taped together and sips from each of them in succession...I didn't laugh harder at anything all year in 2016. I said this back when the movie came out in this thread, but that is some classic absurdist escalation of the sort that just gets me every single time.

 

Has anyone caught the CMZ extras yet?

This has been on HBO On Demand for a bit also. Or, it was as of a couple weeks ago at least.

 

i bought it on amazon digital when it came out, probably the last movie i have purchased. aside from finding dory...

 

The CMZ scenes were unreal.

 

I gotta rewatch this. I enjoyed it in theaters but I have a feeling I'll find it even funnier a second time around.

 

It was just on iTunes for 4.99 2 weeks back...

 

I checked not too long ago and it wasn't on HBO but Cinemax (which I don't have)

Mike Birbiglia with that wig is priceless.

 

I've watched this probably about 10 times and still great. All of Sandburg's stuff usually has legs for me though, even That's My Boy which I don't get the hate for. I guess having Sandler attached?

 

I like most all of Samberg's stuff, but this blows everything else he's done out of the water.

 

For me, it's because it's a top-to-bottom awful movie.

I stand by That's My Boy. Will Ferrell crying and getting a blowjob from a stripper outside the club kills me.

 

Rex Ryan fawning over Tom Brady and this scene were the only good parts.
