I appreciate her willingness to make whatever she wants but this is another miss for me.

I like it. A little too poppy and overall it feels like she's going more pop on this record overall...but theres little things she puts in to give it that slight edge that im digging.

I feel like a poppy mark at this point but I've loved almost everything she's done 2019+.

Do I prefer the metal stuff more? Of course but im all for doing different things..

She did FYB legit last year which was her fastest punk song so far so its not like she's abandoning the rock aspect of her sound.

  4. The new songs went off live - I'm not listening to anything else until the album is out, but I do feel like maybe the album tracks don't quite capture the energy that she has live (judging this off of Church Outfit and Knockoff).

  5. I'm curious to hear the album in its entirety because I remember her saying in a newer interview it would contain some metal songs.

Digging these songs so far. I particularly liked her early stuff and I’m fairly certain she won’t ever go that bubblegum again but this is a good vibe.

Yeah its certainly not a big time concern. She clearly enjoys doing whatever and going back and forth. I love her because its always at the very minimum...different and interesting sounding. A new poppy song? Could be anything. I dig.

Not crazy about either of the last two songs. They're fine

Didn't really love any of the pre-release stuff besides Knockoff, but I'm really into the album tracks. Flicker is the early standout for me
