As much as I love what she's doing, I wish she had hired another producer this time around.

Why? Jordan Fish is an amazing producer.

everything he does sounds the same and his work has become stale and without substance imo

I'm not disputing his skills as a producer, but it came to a point where I can immediately know if a track has been produced by him, no matter the artist. I would have liked her to switch it up a little bit, because I have a feeling this is going to be pretty much Negative Spaces Part Two based on the singles.

I feel like the singles both sound like a nice evolution of that sound, and her work with Jordan so far has been easily the highlight of her career so I'm happy to see them work together again.

Sweet, I'll take a "Negative Spaces Pt II", I loved that album! Gonna skip the singles and go in blind when the album drops. Looking forward to it.

This. I think evolutionary is not a derogatory word. I look forward to hearing a new version of a great fucking record!

Echoing the rest of the thread—Poppy has always shown a lot of potential but I think Negative Spaces is her best work overall by a mile. I'd take a pt II of that sound over anything else.
