MØ's Final Song should definitely be the song of the summer. She's so great and the song is much more warm and infectious than Lean On was.
I haven't heard anything from them that I like, but I've also never purposefully listened to them, so I am not the best judge there
I really like work from home but when I saw Fifth Harmony open for Demi Lovato a few years ago it was a rough time. It didn't help that Little Mix followed them and completely blew them out of the water.
I sometimes confuse Fifth Harmony and Little Mix , I can't imagine what would happen if I saw them together
It's weird that aside from Fifth Harmony, there haven't been any American girl groups making an impact lately, it's all international groups gaining traction.
5h is the first girl group with a top 5 hit since 2007, when the dixie chicks had one! it's weird but i guess there havent been many girl groups in general when you stop and think about the last decade
Aside from Pussycat Dolls and Danity Kane, girl groups just weren't in. But internationally, they're still going.
I miss danity kane so much. Damaged came on today and it's still so good like I think it's my fave girl group song released in the last decade.
s/o diddy dirty money and dawn richard, birthed from the ashes of danity kane and better than almost anything else out there
It's weird that I haven't given Little Mix OR fifth harmony much of a chance, even though I love pop music AND am all about supporting women being successful etc. It's a shame I haven't given them a chance. I will say I do like that song work from home though.
I like both of them casually but it took me a while to get them apart idk why tho they're not all that similar Kelly Rowland's girl group did a cover of Hotline Bling that got a bit of press
"Black Magic" by Little Mix and "Miss Movin' On" by Fifth Harmony are both essential pop tracks (definitely check them out if you haven't yet), and oddly enough, I have never had trouble telling the two groups apart. Really enjoy both.
