Amy opened the Griff show I went to a couple years back and she was really great

 

She's opening one of the Bleachers LA shows soon as well. She's only put out a small bit of solo music over the last few years despite being such a huge songwriter, this debut album absolutely has shades of everyone she writes for, listening to this album really shows how much her touch is put on other people's songs

 

I think she’s big enough we can have a thread for her, might get more people to listen to her too

I listened. I never heard MGK. Unless he was the one playing the guitar solo or something. Haha. But yeah, she’s an incredible and she can do vocal runs but shit, does she need to do them the entire song? This version is not my cup of tea at all haha.

There's a new artist named Gigi Perez who is seriously popping off...she has 27,000,000 monthly listeners with only one EP out and a handful of standalone singles, with the biggest one "Sailor Song" having over 500,000,000 streams already having only been released last year. Also her headline tour for 2025 sold out instantly. She's only 24 and pretty popular with Gen Z, but the music is quite good.
