I think I need rewatch Frasier. I watched it with my parents when it was on but don't remember a whole lot about it and I'm sure missed most of the jokes
Seasons 8 and 9 are definitely two of the rougher ones but Season 7 (Fat Mac) is a classic and I’ll die on this hill.
9 has some of the best episodes of the series. The Gang Tries Desperately to Win an Award and Flowers for Charlie most notably.
8 justifies its existence with the Gang Dines Out and Cereal Defense. In short all seasons are great.
I think the funnest part of watching as an adult is that the jokes are accessible enough that you don't even have to get them, if that makes sense. Like the brothers will make some obscure jokey reference to wine or opera or something and idk anything about those things so I'm not laughing at their reference, I'm laughing at how ridiculous and pretentious they are. I imagine the jokes would be even funnier if I did know all their references lol but I don't think the audience is expected to.
There are weak episodes of Sunny but I wouldn't describe any as "genuinely horrible", even the worst episode of the show ever (Frank's Brother). The show has maintained a consistently high floor of quality throughout its run thus far.
What bothers me about the Office is how much Jim is celebrated for bullying the weird guy at work. Maybe I'm just the weird guy at work.
No I haven't! Growing up my dad HATED Jerry so we weren't allowed to watch it lmao and I never got around to it cause I'm not too keen on him myself. I've seen a few episodes tho
Being the weird guy does not excuse you for being terrible. Dwight sucked for the majority of the series.
Lmao nah all three of the the original seasons are better and have higher highs than any of theses shows. It’s Sunny gets my second place vote
