When I read what you wrote I was about too lose my shit. Then I realised you where referring to Shy Tooth.

Unfortunately it hasn't struck a cord with me but maybe I need to give it another go!

No need to be sorry I should have kept reading :crylaugh:.

Deep down I know another PBC album wouldn't be able to match the first 2 albums.

Actually yeah I would agree CBGP is defiantly up their but I just hold the first 2 in higher regard.

CBGP is their opus I think

First album is definitely close but I think Hamburg has a couple missteps

PBC among a few other bands got me to go to my first FEST (10) and I have been going ever since which is a big deal flying from Ireland.

At Fest 11 when they announced mid set they where gonna finish the set with playing Redder The Better in full was magical.

I miss them big time but this is one band I do think it is for the best.

Yes but have you ever met someone who thought it was the best?

there have been a few days where I thought it was the best but honestly I cant pick between their full lengths ever. CBGP probably the most consistent/strongest all of the way through but all of the others have so many hits that its so close.

I go back to DC the most. So many stellar tracks.

CBGP is the best but Death Chorus is most underrated, that record is great.

Siouxsie Jeanne is by a very large margin the worst PBC song but without that DC is pretty good

I really like the first 4 tracks. If you make it a 6 song EP with those, WLWYCD and Upstate Mosquito it'd be a heater

CBGP is one of the defining albums of my college days. It still bums me out that Jimmy had vocal chord issues and they never were able to properly follow up that album.

Swap Siouxsie for Saw Blade and you've got an album I can listen straight through.

I've never understood the Siouxsie Jean hate either and nobody has ever been able to actually articulate to me why it's bad beyond "it's cringe" or "it just sucks".
