just a straight up magnificent episode. Natasha goddamn crushed it with the writing/directing. loved that it was still funny ("arterilicious") without losing that dark edge that hasn't shown up in a couple weeks. the show actually mentioning her dead friend was a nice touch favourite episode of the season easily. Lyonne vs Nick Nolte, battle of the raspy voices
that was a crazy ass episode, was not ready for it. killer stuff though. I'm gonna miss this show quite a lot after next week
Really good finale, glad to hear it's renewed and that they plan on making it as long as possible. JGL in the one last week was a fun surprise
Loved the finale and loved pretty much all of the season. I wonder if they'll aim for early 2024 for next season or if it'll be a longer wait.
Finally watched the JGL episode, mad Tarantino vibes/influence — probably my second favorite one after the pilot
I just finished binging this whole show. I wouldn't say it's entirely consistent but I almost got the impression that was the point, a lot of these feel like they're going for entirely different tones which is pretty cool Favorite episodes were probably the first, JGL and last one but the whole thing was really enjoyable. My favorite part of the show actually might be the essentially short films that we get at the beginning of each episode that sets up the story, some of them even would probably work out of context
Finally got Peacock and am just starting this. After one episode I’m hooked. Love Natasha and Rian Johnson.
I forgot to post in this thread after I watched this. One of my favorites of the year. So glad it's renewed. Columbo had 10 seasons so I hope this goes on for a long time.
