can you not get those dumb items on X/Y? I haven't got that far yet.

 

Most of the evolution items can be found in X/Y, and have to be purchased in OR/AS

 

you still get them with bp, though i just noticed that it costs 16 bp less than in oras so that's good to know.

Trying to go media blackout on it but keep seeing stuff, ha. Got a quick look at some new Pokemon and I wasn't as into them as most of what I've seen so far.

"let's give it the worst typing in the history of the game"

 

Ugh, I'm really not a fan of all these new forms. I'd rather just have new, interesting Pokemon.

 

Actually having them just be different in this region is fine. I like that more than Mega evolutions and I actually like the designs.

 

I wonder if you still evolve Vulpix with a firestone..

 

It's not ice/Rock though...

 

I really like that they're trying a bunch of new things in this gen. It's going to be weird not having 8 actual gyms, but I'm excited to try out their ideas.

 

ice/steel is quad weak to fire and fighting, two of the most prominent attack types in the game. it's way worse. ice/rock at least balances off some of the weaknesses of each.

That Ninetales is perfect.

 

I like this idea way more than megas. I really don't like megas.

Also, have the "leaked" starter evolutions been posted in here? If they're real than I finally like a final evo grass starter.

I thought the Trump pokemon thing was a joke, then Gumshoos happened

 

i love the ice forms of sandshrew/sandslash/vulpix/ninetales. I also love minior and the bird with four forms is neat. No gyms is hard to swallow but i will try it out. Also I hope these ride pokemon mean the end of HMs.

Wait did they say no gyms? maybe this is just a separate thing (i hope)
