We can trade EX cards right? I’ve been unsuccessful on getting Zapdos if anyone has an extra. Just let me know what you’re interested in.

I could part with a Zapdos. The only EX I’m missing from the original set is Pikachu if you happen to have an extra of those. If not, maybe a Charizard or Exeggutor or Aerodactyl because I only have 1 each and you often want 2 in a deck.

If none of those then really any EX works (they have to be of the same rarity to trade), I’m just happy to help people complete their collections with my extras lol.

 

Unfortunately I don’t have any extras of those. The only one I have dupes of right now is Mew, Blastoise, Gyarados, Gengar, and Articuno. If you don’t need any of those then no worries. I’ll keep trying to pull it lol.

Watched my buddy play Legends Arceus for the first time on Saturday and then I promptly spent my whole day Sunday getting back into it.

 

I recently got back into Let's Go, son and I just beat elite four and went to get Mewtwo.

 

Let’s Go is my favorite Pokémon game on Switch. Hot take, but it is what it is

 

I used to laugh at this take but I feel like it's a take that's aging well

It really is just FUN in a way the others aren't. I wish certain things were mechanically "better" but overall it's a fun experience

 

Now that I beat Elite 4, I don't see it getting much playtime. Unlike other Pokemon games, not being able to battle wild 'mons is a bummer. But my son likes to catch em so he'll keep trecking along.

 

I do think the other games are better for "endgame", there's not much in this other than shiny collecting or doing the individual Pokemon battle things. But the actual storyline experience in Lets Go is a lot better than the Switch mainlines

 

This reminds I bought the SV DLC and have never played it lol

I did actually enjoy SV but I just haven’t touched my switch in a long time.

 

The second half of the SV DLC was surprisingly good. I was struggling to beat a couple of those fights.

 

Anyone got any dupes of the expansion EX cards that needs Weavile EX???

The mythical island aerodactyl ex? I’d trade for that one.

 

The newest expansion (ie. Weavile EX) isn’t eligible to be traded yet.
