the move to putting QoL stuff down to new competitive training items beyond a paywall is bad though, and i know people get annoyed by people talking about it, but that doesn't make it less bad. i am fine to annoy people in this way forever

 

Yeah, it is bad but it’s not surprising considering they hardly were able to get that broken mess out by the due date in the first place lol

I don’t mind paying slightly more for a good dlc but at least fix the friggin game first.

i think this is a little reductive, the amount of work that goes into making beautiful new sprites and animations for hundreds of Pokemon is way more worth it to me then the same models reused for the tenth year

 

there is also the component where you could wait for Emerald, get the best experience, miss nothing, and play once for $40. the complete SV experience is at least 90 no matter when you jump on. not equatable imo
