don't really care about anything else in the presentation, but Concierge looks so frickin' cute

 

yeah that was a lot of fluff. the dlc locations look cool though and i like the masked legendary. the trio for the first dlc looks kinda funky but i like them.

the tcg classic thing looks interesting. it all depends on how readily available they are, but tbf pokemon has been way better about printing stuff now. theyve finally reached a point again where things are more likely to be overprinted than underprinted.

It’s coming eventually. People have been able to get the roms and local/wireless trading to work on a switch emulator.

Nintendo is so weird about their release timing with different stuff. Like they’ve had a bunch of Zelda ports ready for a long time that they are just sitting on apparently.

Are the suicune/verizion raid battles the super hard 7 star ones? If so that’s lame, because I can never (and will never) be able to beat those…

 

Both 5 star. Suicune wasn’t bad but Virizion is giving me fits because no one uses cheers…

 

Oh I’ve done 5 star! Cool, not too bad then. Gives me an excuse to jump back in to the game.

My son has been watching the anime lately and honestly I can’t live with how some of the Pokémon names are pronounced…. Milotic, Mismagius, Gourgeist…

idk about the gourgeist one, but thats what ive always called mismagius and milotic, and looking online it seems like those are the actual pronunciations. tbf i always thought i pronounced mismagius wrong but was too set on it to change now, but it seems like i was right all along.

 

I always said the geist part of gorgeist instead of gust, it’s literally a different word. Some of the pronunciations just make no sense lol

 

Yeah I get that they are the actual pronunciations but it’s still weird to me. There’s more weird ones too but off the top of my head I can’t think of any. I just never would have guessed those by just playing the game

 

Do yourself a favor and watch some of Wolfe Glick’s videos and you’ll never pronounce some Pokémon names the same again. I now always read Arcanine as “Arka-nee-nay” lol

 

I just watched the na championship for unite where a team came all the way back from the losers bracket, was up by over 100+ points in a deciding game and then made a game-losing call lol I have no words. Truly a crayon-eating moba.
