Who can help me evolve Finizen? :( I have no friends

 

What do you need help with? I'm a noob

 

You can only evolve Finizen if you while playing co-op

 

You have to make friends for finizen to get a heart lol

 

I found an ongoing reddit thread where people posted codes when they needed a friend, didn't take too long

 

I tried that, no luck so far

EDIT: It worked, but I’m still looking for people to trade stuff!

 

The trade codes link worked for me after a little bit, a lot more people have Violet tho. After finding one Scarlet person it was easy tho.

I have two shiny charcadets and I still need the scarlett item to evolve it into armorouge

Got scarlet for Christmas and slowly been working through it. I didn't expect how funny these games would be, some of the dialogue is getting me.

Pretty big bug fix patch coming at the end of the month.

“We will address an issue that can cause the game to forcibly close at certain locations. As a result of this fix, there may be a reduction of Pokémon and people displayed in certain towns or in the wild.”

This sucks though lol. “Oh we know the game crashes sometimes, we’ll just turn down how many wild Pokémon appear to fix that”

I don’t think it’ll be a huge difference. They also said at the end that there’s more fixes that’ll they’ll talk about soon, I’m guessing during Pokémon day.

 

I love the humor of Pokémon games over the ages. There needs to be a deep dive 3 hour YouTube essay on it

 

Recently got a 3DS and am playing through all those games for the first time, starting with Black.

If you complete the new special research in pokemon go then you get a free ticket to the Hoenn Go Tour for next weekend. I chose Sapphire version

 

I spent a good chunk of time (and money) last year tracking down the mainline games I hadn’t played yet after getting a Switch and falling in love with Pokémon again thanks to Shield/Arceus/Snap and am jumping into them now that I finished Violet. Current planned order is Black, White 2, X, Moon, Soul Silver, Omega Ruby (played Gold/Silver & Emerald on GB growing up), and Ultra Sun. Should keep me busy for a few…years.

 

If any Violet players can help me out tonight, I’m looking for Iron Bundle, Iron Thorns, and Miraidon. Can swap whatever Scarlet exclusives, don’t need to keep any of the mons. DM me!
