Did you like Red/Blue Rescue Team? It's basically just that with some more slightly modern mechanics and a new artstyle (and like, maybe 10 new Pokémon, mostly evos/pre-evos of Pokémon that were in the original iirc). I liked what I played of it, but it is basically the same thing, so if you played Red/Blue Rescue Team, it's not a necessary buy imo. If you played them and really liked them, and feel nostalgic for them, I'd probably recommend it though. It's a pretty nice remake (remaster?).
I've only played Explorers of the Sky (loved it) and SMD. I'd basically be going into this one blind.
I haven't played either of those, but if you like the format of the games, and don't mind the smaller roster (it's just Gens 1~3 + future evos I think?), then I'd recommend it, yeah. The story is fun enough if I remember right (I haven't finished it since the original releases back in like, 2006 or whatever?), and the mechanics are pretty similar to what you'd know from the other games. I do think that people hold Sky up as the gold standard in the franchise though, so it might not quite reach those highs? But it's a fun game on it's own merits, I think.
Can anyone help me with the scarlet exclusives to finish my Pokédex? I also need the item to make charcadet to evolve into armorouge
start a DM with me! Also. to those Pokémon masters out there. What are your go to Tier 5-7 Tera raid Pokémon that you’re using? New to the whole EV training thing.
Based on the tera type, I use a level 100 tinkaton for dragon, fairy, ice, dark with the moveset swords dance, play rough, gigaton hammer. alternate sd and hammer for fairy/ice, sd play rough for dragon/dark. For Fire, normal, rock, poison, electric I use a level 100 Great Tusk with bulk up, close combat, eq, headlong rush. Just bulk up twice and destroy lol. For flying and water, I use a level 100 Sandy Shocks with metal sound, thunder, earth power. I generally give Tink either the covert cloak or clear amulet item depending on the boss. Edit: also soloing is better than going online since the NPC faints do not effect your timer where other players do.
My boss ordered Scarlet for his girlfriend’s kid on Amazon and got the Italian version. The Amazon listing shows the English version
lol thats pretty funny, it should still work though and you can select english as the language at the start of the game. that being said i think dlc will not be an option for it since you'll need the compatible eshop's dlc. happened to me with a pal copy of blazblue i had.
That shouldn’t happen I think, because as far as I know the Switch is not region locked. Only if you buy digital games in other eShops I can see this happen. Weird that it happened with your game though. Maybe it is occasionally a thing?
yeah i would go to the eshop and it would just say i needed to buy the actual game to install the dlc but i had the physical game installed. the game ran fine but it just wouldnt go through the dlc installation. the switch isnt region locked but i think the eshop has regional restrictions. i looked it up and it seems like it varies from game to game, but does seem like its not an issue for nintendo games so pokemon should work.
No one actually knows yet, they’re just guessing. Probably is, though. If it does a triple swords dance I’m out lol
yeah, i forgot about the tera type being set for these raids. i've been ignoring the 7 stars and just waiting for folks to breed and surprise trade them.
Y’all i’m grinding for salty herba mystica and holy shit these Drifblim raids with sap sipper SUCK ASS
