I just cleared out an outbreak and no shiny, I know you’re supposed to stop when you reach 60 but I’m not counting ever knock out lol

I do wish that they brought in voice acting for this one only because the story has been so good without it and I feel like it would hit even harder with it, specifically the Path of Legends.

Got a shiny Psyduck without even trying

 

Saw a shiny Pokémon in the background while battling a trainer…and it was gone by the time I finished the battle

The bad frame rates are even ruining shinies haha

 

so idk how things work; is the frame rate problem something that can be patched or are we stuck with this level of performance permanently?

 

It can definitely be patched but I'd be surprised if Gamefreak actually does anything meaningful

 

I love how the ocean looks like an actual ocean where the fish underneath look now you would see them irl

Also, the spider Pokémon randomly jumping off of the tree like a friggin ninja was something I didn’t expect lol

 

What is this weird glowing thing in the ground that breaks when you try to pull it out??

 

i suspect something to do with the dark (pseudo?) legendaries. it made me think of collecting the orbs to find spiritomb in arceus

Of the many glitches today

A deerling across the field tried to battle me when I wasn’t anywhere near it, a revaroom floating in the air and a hammer stuck inside a wall lol

 

Tried battling Great Tusk. It was killing me with Rapid Spins lmao

 

Mudsdale is amazing for the first half of the game for violet, cannot recommend it enough. Niacli is so good as well, especially when it evolves.

The new Pokémon designs are almost universally amazing imo and the choices of old Pokémon are top tier
