Idk if I should start beating the gyms first and do each individual quest on their own or do them all at once

 

I love the fact that Pokémon still walk around during battles.

 

Haven’t even made it to the school yet because I’m exploring, but there’s such a variety of Pokémon early on. I’m having a difficult time trying to build a team because I change my mind time I see a different one.

 

yep found a tinkatink but that hill with the ruins (if that’s what you were talking about) is northwest of the gym lol. had to look up that they’re found in the ruins biomes

Played for a good 6 hours today and am loving it so far minus the performance issues, but the story is so much fun and I love the Let’s Go system for quick leveling.

I started with Sprig and got Wooper before the main area, went east and caught a Charcadet randomly, only one I've seen still. Went way further east and had to keep running from higher leveled wild guys, went past the electric gym town into the caves and searched around for a while until I caught a Glimmet, one of the ones I wanted. Level 27 when the rest of my guys are ~16, had no issues even tho I didn't beat a gym yet.

Then I went west, caught the pink hammer guy in the ruins area, then beat the first bug gym. I already have 5 of the 6 guys I want on my final team and I've seen a lot of the world. Its a fun game so far!

I’ve decided I like Fuecocos final evo and won’t box him. I also really came around to the golden chest guy. Think that will be on my final team as well. Right now I’m skipping towns trying to get the evolution item for my Applin. Haven’t even battled the first gym. It’s fun even if the graphics are bad sometimes.

 

was getting settled into the idea of most of my team, arrogantly thinking there weren’t anymore i was gunning for. then i ran into the tumbleweed ghost and was reminded of the rock flower and now i’m in shambles again

 

I don’t think you can buy clothes. But you can change your outfit to a different style with the left arrow button.

 

You never get new clothes?!? Woah

From what I’m reading, you’re stuck in the main uniform but you can buy new clothes around whichever season you have lol

They had a billion cool outfits in swsh and decided to get super lazy with this game, unfortunately

 

The whole premise of the game is that you’re enrolled in a school. Are you all really that surprised you can’t pick other clothes other than the uniforms? Lol
