yeah the bear is just bad imo. ghostchu is pretty cute.

dang does the bear have a pink mullet. first pokemon in a while i've actually thought "that does not look like a pokemon"

 

Ghost is my favorite one so far. Bear is least fave.

i'm torn on the ghost/fairy. on one hand it looks like a witch out of puella magi madoka magica, but on other hand i hate the pikachu-centricity of the pokemon world.

 

Also I encountered a 200+ CP Squirtle but it ran away before I could catch it :(

Also if you have Pokemon in multiple gyms then it multiples, so if it's possible then you'd want to take over as many gyms as possible before pressing it and starting the 21-hour timer

coro coro magazine, they release exclusive pokemon stuff. those new pokemon are in the sun and moon games coming out in november.

 

I feel like I'm in an alternate reality right now while watching the news anchors on my local news trying to "decipher" why this game is so popular

 

i walked around probably 3 miles last night and encountered like 3 pokemon. i get on my bike and go 2 miles to work this morning and caught like 10.

I was passenger in my carpool to work today, and learned a few things. 1) freeways are pretty barren, I think that's a good thing haha. 2) if you do happen to see a pokemon along the way, you get one attempt and then it automatically runs away (I think because you've driven so far past it's origin spot. 3) the game is smart enough to know when you aren't actually walking, so your eggs don't get milage

 

the game should have a max speed that pokemon show up, like 10-15 mph. people driving around in their cars on this is dangerous/careless/defeats the point.
