There’s a weird blink that the graphics do when you’re moving snd the time is changing but I think they can be fixed pretty easily

 

I don’t understand the battle mechanics at all. I just had Bite miss 5 times in a row with no accuracy reduction

 

The graphics are trash (I mean, look at the trees), but I've encountered no performance issues in the 1.5 hours I've played docked. Runs smoother than BOTW which becomes trash in places like Korok Forest

 

Excited for the new nintendo virtual console, they won’t have anything to make it physically so the whole thing will be an app lol

 

Uh so I used my preorder code for the 30 heavy balls last night and they're just not in my inventory? Wtf? They should be in the same area as my other Pokeballs right? My mystery gift section says I already redeemed it...

 

Go to your house or any of those boxes that look like the one in your house, that’s your inventory. The professor has one where he usually is as well. You can switch stuff around. Also, if you want to have more space the guy in the place where cylene is will teach you.

There’s a bunch of random stuff they don’t, had to figure out where the pasture is. How do they not explain that? Seems silly

 

The dialogue in this game kills me. Why do I need to talk for 5 minutes about the Kleavor mission? Why can't they just say "Go find Kleavor" and let me play the damn game lmao

 

As someone who watched some people play it on release day, you’d be surprised how much people can’t grasp simple tasks, especially if they’ve never played a Pokémon game before

 

So how important is it to fill your Pokedex? I'm not a fan that the game expects me to catch the same Pokemon repeatedly to have it registered in my Dex. I'm used to only catching one of each when I play the other games haha

 

It’s the most important thing and how you progress the game.

 

It's important because it helps you rank up big time. You need higher ranks in order for higher leveled pokemon to obey your commands

 

Ugh so tedious and repetitive. This just might not be the game for me. It's much more fun to hunt for unique, new Pokemon.

Yeah, I will keep playing for a bit to see if things improve for me (I only just got the Wyrdeer to ride on, which makes things a lot more interesting).

I also just don't understand how much research I need to get the Pokemon in my Dex? Seems arbitrary?

 

You gotta get each Pokédex entry to level 10. I am not sure how the points add up.

 

First time while playing a Pokémon game and I had no idea what I was doing. That’s a nice feeling. I also think I’m getting to places I shouldn’t be yet. How is a Ponyta able to smash giant boulders blocking an exit to a cave? Seems like it would be too small for that.

 

This gameplay with the structure of a traditional Pokemon game is exactly what modern Pokemon needs to be

 

Just had a field day in one of those distortion fields. Lots of awesome random mons showing up

 

The more stuff you figure out for a Pokémon, the better chance you have of seeing a shiny so it’s win win imo

 

I was half paying attention to battle in my nuzlocke & lost my Ivysaur at level 30. Was gonna bring in Snorlax to replace it but I want to try new stuff & used the Exeggcute I caught from the Safari Zone. Thank god you can evolve this immediately because level grinding with this would be a chore without exp all.

Spent 4.5 hours outbreak resetting for a shiny Shinx, and 5 minutes after I got it a shiny Scyther spawned full odds. Traded it to my friend so we can both have a shiny for our playthroughs, finally feeling like my team is actually coming together
