Ooooh lol I didn’t even know that that isn’t the town for the third badge, that’s confusing

 

Yeah the real third badge is in Veilstone City. It’s funny too because the badge case has Fantina’s badge in the fifth position instead of the third position, like it somehow knew she’d be away from the gym for so long.

Okay, good to see that Pokemon aren't instantly caught by a Pokeball when you get further into the game. I was starting to worry that all Pokeballs were effectively master balls in this game haha

 

V excited to have caught Gligar and Togepi. Not excited that their evolution items are extremely hard to come by.

 

Caught two shiny Yampers today. They are the best boys.

 

Where did you find a Togepi? I found a shiny stone when I was at iron island

 

Saw one in the Grand Underground. Accidentally KO'd it...

I caught a few today and they all had awful natures, it’s really annoying

 

In the underground. They’re very rare, I had a couple fairy statues up in my base and I thunk that helped because I only encountered one. It was in a room with water.

They also can change their status, it’s weird lol scyther just felt like unparalyzing itself haha

I bought the Flash TM at the department store in Veilstone and it didn't add a Flash HM to my Poketch. Is that not a thing in this game?

 

You can get the tm free as a pokeball outside by the bike path and it’s used like a regular move. You go into the cave and you go to your Pokémon that has it, click flash

 

Damn so you have to actually teach it to use it? Lame, why is that the only one that works that way lol

 

It sucks, unless there’s something I don’t know, that’s how it is

 

Really weird they would fix all the other HMs to not work that way anymore except for Flash.

 

I’ve caught three ralts and three togepi in the cave and they’ve all been awful natures, really annoying
