How do Diamond and Pearl stack up against Heart Gold (my favorite Pokemon game)?

Never played them before, and I can't decide if I want to invest in another game after spending cash on NSO Expansion and Mario Party recently

 

I played Platinum on DS and I’d rank it a couple spots below HG/SS. Platinum is good and better than any games since then gen wise, but not as good as the gens that came before it.

 

Version exclusives for anyone who was waiting to see before buying.

It sounds like there are some evolution items like Razor Claw for Gligar that have not been found yet before the post-game fwiw.

 

Rayquaza is also exclusive to Pearl
Mewtwo is exclusive to Diamond

New ninetails update is pretty good, won a match today and didn’t feel like I couldn’t do shit at the end.

They still think it’s pay to win because a bunch of dummies assumed it was in like, the first week lol meanwhile, I have multiple maxed out items, characters and outfits and haven’t ever spent a cent.

Worst you can say is it takes you a little bit to unlock all the characters but whatever haha

 

The matchmaking for battles is really the only bad thing to me, if you know people who play you don’t have to deal with people who have temper tantrums because you took their audino mid-game lol

Idk, the dudes who literally run into the other team and get knocked out are pretty bad also lol

I carried an entire game in ranked last night where two of the players had no idea what to do and didn’t show up at Zappos but they defended the goals enough after. I knocked out two of them right after they got Zapdos which gave the rest of the team who knew how to play the ability to score and we won by like 40 somehow lol

 

I had a game where two teammates had 50 like the entire game and never scored. That was my last match of the day lol.
