Nvm you're definitely right lol, it already gets the terrain because of the ability so there's really no reason to not use the GMax

I don't know if it completely ignores every ability.

"This move can be used on the target regardless of its Abilities." - this wording makes me think it just ignores abilities that would absorb the attack and prevent damage from occurring. So Sap Sipper for Rilla, Flash Fire for Cinderace, and Water Absorb/Storm Drain for Inteleon

 

Ah right. Wonder guard is also one it would ignore I assume. Still that and the higher BP, the GMax is definitely better

 

the DLC was a good time, but im a little bummed at how short it was. its very clear that 90% of the content will be in Crown Tundra, which makes since given its holiday release window - this is gonna be a backdoor holiday hit for Nintendo, and i wouldn't be surprised to see a retail version that includes a code for the expansion pass around this time.

it was still very fun, and at a retail value of about 15 bucks i don't regret it at all.

 

Im having fun with it so far but going a bit diglett crazy. And honestly, I dont think anyone should get their hopes up about Crown Tundra being more content than this. Betting itll be around the same size.

 

Yeah it definitely seems they were just trying to shake up the meta and make some QOL changes for competitive players which is fine. The Crown Tundra seems like it will a lot more story so I’m looking forward to it.

 

guess it depends on how you weigh content. the new Regis, new Kanto birds, Calyrex, and reintroduction of stuff like the Gible line are so big to me that just those alone feel bigger than this expansion. and thats just the confirmed stuff.

So I'm done with this game. Raids never get anyone joining and any raid I try to join is full or closed. There is no point in this shit.

 

I’m super frustrated with the raids. I can’t join anything and no one is joining mine.
Also, why are all my raids Toxtricity and not the new IOA mons???

 

They’re saving all the improvements for crown tundra, unfortunately.

 

I think shiny zeroara is available, if anyone wants to do it together because it seems even harder than the regular one

I’m really enjoying looking for the Diglett/the rewards you get for them

 

I had no idea what you got from it. I talked to guy to see how many I collected and walked away with 5 new Pokémon. And they’re all 3IV which is pretty solid.
