You can! It’s not too hard.

You can only transfer moves between identical species so you’d have to breed a Zigzagoon to have the egg move you want and then evolve it into a Obstagoon. Then you’d put the Obstagoon with the egg move and the Obstagoon you want to give the move to into the day care. Just make sure that the one you want to give the move to has an empty space for the egg move and it should learn it after a little bit of time. Also make sure the first Obstagoon only has one egg move so you don’t accidentally transfer the wrong one.

Interesting so the parent can passively learn the move as long as there's another parent with it in the day care and they have a spot for it. That's very good to know, thank you!

 

I always wondered what the point of move deletion is now that HMs are gone (outside of sleep talk stuff), now we know!

Are foreign language Dittos used for just shiny hunting or is it good for breeding and IVs and stuff too?

 

If stats are good it's good for both but no different than an English ditto outside of shiny rate

 

Aaaah, gotcha - I got one traded to me in the Wonder Box, I don't do shiny hunting at all, so if anyone wants a Japanese Ditto I could trade it over.
