true enough but the raids are only really that bad on Gmax mons, most other stuff is a very high catch rate. the only two i failed yesterday were gmax Machamp and gmax Gengar. everything else even five star non-gmax were all successes. promo dens are also almost a guaranteed catch for all 4 players
This is the build I'm currently using, still fine tuning really to get the proper Def/SpD balances but I needed the full 252 in SpD for certain attacks and needed the full Def just for Body Press GINUWINE (Mudsdale) (M) @ Assault Vest Ability: Stamina Level: 50 EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD Impish Nature - Body Press - High Horsepower - Bulldoze - Iron Head Dynamax, 3x Max Steel, then Body Press slaughters. Can pair with someone who can get you some good speed control like maybe a Prankster Grimmsnarl to cause paralysis
I wanted to breed one to get a shiny, I have both separately but for some reason it's been a pain in the ass trying to combine them so I'm trying to just get one that has both. Then I can breed it with a ditto.
ive never failed to catch a promo den with a repeat ball personally but maybe it's only specific mons? idk a big dataminer guy on one of the discord said at least gmax toxtricity is virtually a guaranteed catch
that name lol looks super solid, i like that setup a lot. i enjoy using bulky pokemon (things that are annoyingly hard to get rid of) so this is right up my alley. i'll try this out

as someone who has rarely fucked with the GTS before, this ruined my morning lol. i spent my whole morning catching Meltan out of the Go Parks in Let's Go only to learn they weren't tradeable. im dumbfounded that they allow people to ask for shit that is fundamentally untradeable by the rules they put in place also catching in Let's Go fucking sucks and is anti-fun
It's been the case for a while, pretty much incentivizes hacking haha. I'm surprised they did it for Meltan though given like...it's a (for a legendary) common stage 1 Pokemon
