I'm pretty sure you can only use those to switch between it's non-HA's. You can't use it to change it if it does have the HA.

 

I've never played with the ability but I figured Inner Focus would be more useful.

Is Lucario a better physical or special attacker?

Lucario really can be both, have seen it be great as physical or special. I personally use mine physical but either way works!

Every since Lucario got decent a physical steel move last gen aka meteor mash, I've preferred physical.

Can confirm that you can transfer Kanto and Alola forms into Sword/Shield. I moved a Ponyta from Let’s Go and it worked.

 

Dumped like thirty Mewtwos from Go to Lets Go to Home then to Sword. it's a seller's market. got two Zamazenta and a Master Ball for them so far.

 

We can't transfer from go directly yet, right? Only from go to let's go?

Welp Bank is telling me I’ve previously used a different copy of Sun so it’s not letting me transfer but I have never owned another copy of the game

 

Been tryna get some of the new Pokémon but I don’t have shit to offer so everyone bails on the trade haha

Update: it’s confusing my save data from Y (which is a digital copy) with Pokémon Sun (game cartridge) because it’s listing the same ID number. Idk what to do.
