I love Excadrill but I do NOT want a meta based around him. Espeon is the worst shiny. Worst by far. In fact all of those shitty green shinies are awful
Ubers will probably be Eternatus, Zacian, Zamazenta, Excadrill, and Aegislash? Even with Aegislash’s nerf I still see him being too strong.
BST down 10 on both attack and defence in each form. Kings shield now only reduces attack by 1 stage.
guessing it'll still be Uber. Increased stats(only lasts 3 turns I think) and a unique G-max move. Gengar is already going to be great this gen, no way it's Gigantimax won't be Uber
I’m not sure what the general Gigantamax boosts are but here is a list of the G-Max moves and their descriptions. Each one has an added effect to it.
Going to guess it will vary a lot between the Pokémon. It was a lot simpler with megas as they were all fully evolved. But giving Eevee and Gengar the same base stat increases would just be ridiculous lol
Reminds me of when the NFL gave EA exclusive rights, thus giving it no competition and full authority over itself. They just completely stopped giving a fuck after the first 2 or 3 years and hardly improved anything since. I'm sure this has happened to other games too.
The animations seem to be a fair point (though im not terribly bothered by them) the rest of this is the same tired Nat Dexer nonsense that makes it hard to take this whole post seriously.
the cut content is weird to me, especially the moves (and removing signature moves from Pokemon that are here, esp since they dont even break the game). im torn bec i know ill enjoy the game, but i still want to be critical at the same time. animation doesn’t bother me too, but they are pretty bad so you have to ask what did they then put their time on, if they cut content and still had unpolished animations/graphics. i don’t want to be too negative, but i also don’t want to give them a free pass. just that the transition from 3DS does feel clunky
The complaints make sense but the way it is written just sounds like crying. Saying that we will probably never see the cut Pokémon again... come on. At some point you will. Also, and I’m saying this as someone who has played these games since before the anime here, sometimes things just aren’t for you anymore and that’s fine. People grow up. Things change. Tastes change. Happens all the time. You can’t always expect things to be how they were when you were a kid (even though I can agree that some of these changes are bad).
Definitely deserving of the criticisms. I hope they take note and come back and knock it out of the park next time. But I’m sure these games will still feel like Pokémon. At least for me
