So according to my gamestop i might be able to get my copy of shield as early as thursday at 9pm. Score!

 

If you're just playing handheld, Switch Lite is 1000000% the way to go because it feels so perfect in your hands.

I have it down to like 20 Pokémon I’d like to have on my first team through Sword... i love so many of these designs.

 

Between new mons and old mons, i have so many options for how my team is gonna look and i probably wont know for sure which to go with until i actually start playing

 

Super true. Those 20 are only brand new Pokémon/ new forms. I haven’t even looked at the older Pokémon honestly since I’ll probably focus in new ones in my first play through.

The fire centipede is by far the best design of the new Pokémon.

The title makes it sound worse than it is.

one of the Facebook Pokemon group I follow, someone posted about Masuda receiving death threads, and he added the caption “let this be a lesson for him” and I was like wtf is he even aware how horrible of a person he is

comments were disabled (which was also another weird thing, just delete the post mods) so i wasn’t able to call him out

 

If someone ever thinks not including a game feature is a justification for death threats, that person should be isolated from society and stripped of all rights as a human being until they can learn what a fucking heartless and selfish moron they are. Sorry, no tolerance for scum.

 

I decided to go back and try finish Moon. This game is excruciatingly slow. So many pointless terrible cutscenes and a dex I don’t give two shits about.

 

yeah. Sun and Moon is my least favorites in the series. They just play so slowly, and it’s probably my least favorite new Pokémon dex.

 

From what I have seen, there aren't any huge differences between Pokemon Sword and Shield. I know that they each have one different gym than the other and some exclusive Pokemon. I'm leaning toward getting Sword, but does anyone know of anything I might have missed that affected which version you're choosing?
