I originally ran this set, but found Heal Bell works over Toxic. Umbreon is really good at absorbing statuses and passing them with Synchronize, with heal bell that creates an advantage state. And most of the Pokémon you really want to poison against Umbreon are steel types like ferro/heatran/skarm.

My showdown Umbreon has so many hours on it, a real underrated MVP.

 

The real message here is Umbreon is underrated and versatile af

 

bulky as shit as well but we knew that

Also will be calling my local gamestop to see if they are doing a midnight release for the games. If so, ill have it in a week and 2 hours!

 

Pretty upset/surprised there’s no new eeveelution

 

Eeveelutions are overrated

 

Its really weird to me how pissed off people were about not getting a new Eeveelution. All of the threads I saw on reddit were fuming about it.

So uh the leaker hasn’t found a GTS building and it’s not in the trading menus either. It would be a big mistake if they got rid of that.

 

The Sword and Shield launch event in Japan has been cancelled due to “operational issues” but there is talk that it’s due to negative comments the developers have received due to the dex issue and no chances want to be made due to the Kyoto Animation tragedy that happened recently.

Ugh, I pre-ordered from Amazon because they were doing guaranteed release day delivery but I looked and it says delivery date not yet available. So I may go ahead and cancel the order if it’s going to be later and just try to pick it up at a store somewhere.

 

New Switch games are $49.99 at Walmart instead of $59.99

 

Oh nice thanks! Maybe I’ll just cancel and do that instead. The only reason I ordered from Amazon is because I’m doing an internship out of town and I was going to be going home that day so I just thinking it would be there by the time I got back that night haha.

Damn just went on Walmart’s website and sword and shield are $59.99

 

All of the new games are listed at $59.99 online before they are released. It was the same with Link’s Awakening, Fire Emblem and Luigi’s Mansion 3. You just have to go to the store.

 

I somehow don't live conveniently near a Walmart, so I'll stick with my Amazon order.
