I might be the only one that feels this but maybe a 6 year break inbetween Gen 8 and 9 would be good so game freak can come up with a good amount of well designed Pokémon instead of trying to put out another game in 3 years.

 

There's no old legendaries, starters(minus fucking charizard) and fossils. Honestly surprised they didn't go for no old pseudos too then

 

I'd actually be interested to see who designed a lot of these and compare their catalogs. It seems like the list grows with every gen.

God so many of my favorites didn’t make it, I knew this would happen...

 

I like all the new Pokémon minus the starters, fossils and galarian darmanitan tbh

 

What’re the new fossils? For some reason I feel like I’m overlooking them cause everyone is talking about it

 

Basically there is a head and a tail that are interchangeable for both versions, but they are mismatched. Top doesn't match the bottom. There are currently four variations available.

 

And only one looks like a fully formed Pokémon haha

 

i had to bite and look up the leaked Dex when i saw the noise about it, and man, that is seriously disappointing. still excited for the games but i think im gonna get dramatically less out of them then prior gens.

 

Has the galarian Mr Mime/ Mr rime typings leaked anywhere?

Goodra may be the biggest letdown I’ve ever had. WHY is that not Dragon/Fairy!?

 

I think there are around 230 pokes added in the post game. Might just be a rumor though

 

Expanded pokedex will be paid dlc calling it now

 

It’s a rumour, probably fake. Came from an anonymous 4chan post. The leaker finished the game and started post game and there was no expanded dex

 

How am I gonna get by without my trusty Blastoise

 

Man all I want to do is be randomly picked to direct a new game in some sort of willy wonka scenario. Some of these decisions are just bad and a random fan could do better.

 

I'm satisfied. Pokedex is about the same size as Ultrasun and Ultramoon which felt fine for a full pokedex. I like plenty of the new mons, with other solid mons coming back. I'm stoked!

 

the regional dex is fine. The lack of a National dex, and the fact you can’t transfer in any Pokémon other than the regional dex’s is such a disappointment.


I would be so incredibly happy with that regional dex if a national dex was a thing.
