I don’t remember how other games have done it, but have other games mixed new and old Pokémon in the regional dexes?

 

Also it seems that there is no new Eeveelution. The Pokédex lists only one open spot after Glaceon (presumably for Sylveon).

 

I wish we were getting at least one new Eeveelution

 

So at this point, including Galarian forms, we are up to 88 new pokes, with some others still potentially yet to be revealed. Pretty much debunks the whole theory that Game Freak didn't have much to show this time around.

This is extremely close to being the most new pokemon we have had since gen 5.

 

yeah they have their own regional pokedex. but postgame it’s upgraded to the National Dex. but you can still switch back and forth iirc

Easy to read version of the dex

 

81 new Pokémon. It’s alright I guess. I don’t like how most look but I’ve grown used to that, especially after last gen.

 

The designs of all the new Pokémon are great bar the starters and the fossils. There’s a good number of them which I’m happy about.


However the size of the dex is ridiculously small which I’m very unhappy about.

 

Is it confirmed that there's a bigger dex post game?

If not I'm shocked by the lack of Salamence AND Metagross

that list is slightly off, as I think Fletchinder and Purrloin lines are in.
