Shiny Solgaleo and Lunala are available via Gamestop code. Just a heads up, the app you need is really barebones and somehow super convoluted.

 

I downloaded the app then realized I dont like either shiny

For the past two games, Ive avoided spoiling too many of the new mons and allowing myself to be surprised by them as they've come up and both times its caused me a lot of unnecessary stress, so I think I'll look this time.

I do agree with this. One of my favorite games of all time is Digimon World 3 for the PS1 and I am very excited to see how Digimon Survive turns out. Just super disappointed with how the games have been treated recently.

 

Digimon World 2 was where it was at.

I originally played Cyber Sleuth because people compared it to persona, I don't think I even played a Digimon game before as a kid. Obviously it's nowhere near as good as Persona, and I definitely prefer Pokémon, but I still enjoyed it enough.

I'd definitely play the sequel on Switch when it eventually goes on sale

I don't remember 2 very well. I know that one is hailed as one of the best DM games though. I just loved the card game aspect of 3 and how the game just felt like it would never end because there were 1000 things you could do. The digivolutions and animations for them were rad too.
