I’m super pumped about these games and will play the heck out of them. But that trailer didn’t really reveal anything except Butterfree that we didn’t already know.

 

I totally agree with being critical of new games but this is Pokémon and they already told us this is going to be only 3GB less than Breath of the Wild and that game is fucking huge.

 

This guy just got really angry on Showdown saying stuff like "fuck this game and fuck you" because my Oranguru didn't flinch from fake out. I told him it's because of inner focus. Then he got angry and said it's my fault for using a pokemon that's so "gay"

Gotta love angry pokemon nerds lol

 

People on Showdown get so mad hahaha it's an anger level no Chorus discussion could ever reach

 

We should have a very small Showdown tournament sometime just for the hell of it

 

I'm down. I'm terrible at competitive battling and I'm sure I'll get rocked, but I'm in anyway.

GameFreak is definitely trying to keep things about the game under wraps.

 

Let's Go were fine games. Nothing outstanding, but that doesn't make them "sad excuses" or anything. A really good introduction to the series for kids and families familiar with Pokemon through Go.

 

The remakes Released 15 years ago were much better games so I think "sad excuses" definitely fits

 

I don’t think they were sad excuses because they were mainly aimed at people playing Pokémon go. And kids. And it got my kid into Pokémon so I’m happy for that.

They also added pretty much zero new content, which is pathetic given the power of the switch compared to the handhelds Pokémon is usually on

Yeah my kids love the Let's Go games and prob wouldn't care about RBY or FR/LG

 

I had a blast with Let’s Go and have played every game released. No shame

 

I mean, 98% of things I say are in jest and I'm fairly confident most people know that. This is just strangely aggressive about something so insignificant.
