Pokemon Home worries me a bit.

i mean it’s cool i can transfer my 3ds pokemon to the switch one, but I’m worried that all the hacked mons and the exploits will carry over. i was really hoping the switch one is going to be a fresh start and they’ll fix that. but doing it this way has that risk. hopefully that’s not what happens and im just overthinking ig

 

Fearliz is one of the best most awful names I've ever heard and I'm gonna be truly disappointed so happy if that's actually its name.

 

Nuts that there is almost 1000 Pokémon

 

Pokémon #1000 is Pikablue or we riot.

 

I actually really like that one.
Most of these names follow the same formula (part of animal name + trait of Pokémon) for them to be real to me.

 

What're everyone's predictions for tomorrow's direct? 15 minutes feels super long.

Historically, we should be seeing :
-the early game Pokemon (bird, normal type, bug)
-major new feature (mega-evo, etc.)
-introduce professor
-a few story elements
-box art legendaries


Think we'll see anything different or any bold predictions?

 

I love the early morning Pokemon directs. I can watch as I'm getting ready for work.

I wonder if they'll reveal the typings for the starters and their evolutions.

I'd just love some full evo lines from the door instead of some of this bait/switch we got for Pikipeck (Trumbeak is cool, and all, but you know we all wanted a BA woodpecker, not a left-turn and a Toucan) and many starters over the years.

 

That was weird, but Toucannon or whatever was badass. Beak Blast is fucking cool.

 

Definitely true, but it was such a left turn after people build up what to expect in their heads. It leads to disappointment when there is so much time between learning about evolutions.
