Meltan's evolution has been revealed. This is a brand new Pokémon called Melmetal. It is also a Steel-type. In Pokémon GO it requires 400 Meltan Candy to evolve into Melmetal and can only evolve in Pokémon GO. You need to send Melmetal from Pokémon GO to get it in Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu & Let's Go, Eevee! Melmetal also has a new move called Double Iron Bash which strikes an opponent twice and can cause the opponent to flinch

 

I have a question. I'd like to play a gen 7 game, but I've been told that Pokemon Sun/Moon and Pokemon Ultrasun/Ultramoon are *very* similar. So if I were to buy just one, should I choose the original or the sequel?

 

You have to use Pokémon Go to get it? They really don't want me to buy this game

Design is eh. Not gonna get up in arms about it. But the evolution method is stupid.

none. The closest is Phione deriving from a Manaphy egg.

That's what I thought.

That was what is most surprising to me about the Meltan line, not its design. It sort of reminds me of Regirock, if it was made out of steel (not Registeel).

 

my first thought was that it is just Regigigas.

 

this reminds me more of barbaracle than any of the regis. its got a lot going on and it doesnt look cohesive, and i actually quite like the previous form.
