is this a "fuck i forgot to skim the pool for a couple of days and now it's too gross to swim in" kinda sitch or

Why the piss does poison not affect steel (I get the rationale here, obviously) but then by that same token still damages rock and fire types?

Also shouldn't poison be super effective against water for the same reason it's super effective against grass?
