I've hatched two Archen this week.

 

Exeggcute were everywhere during the Psychic event and couldn't be shiny. Watch them be nowhere to be found when their shiny is released on Thursday.

 

The positive: I caught a shiny Duskull today. It's IVs are terrible, but the red coloring is straight class.

The negative: I don't want to see another Feebas hatch from a 10K egg for as long as I live.

 

My wife did not believe how unlucky I am with 10k eggs until she saw me hatch my 5th in a row yesterday. It’s like what’s the point of halving the egg distance requirements if you’re just gonna keep getting Feebas. I’m sick of it lol

 

I'd rather have Feebas then another Beldum

Woo got a shiny event Pikachu pretty much immediately.

 

What’s the deal with the pikachu? I don’t even know when there’s events now. I heard someone saying something about a shiny marill but I’ve had a shiny azurill for like over a year?

 

the new pikachu has a hat, cool... it can also be shiny. Buneary can have a flower crown in the wild, can also be shiny. Togepi can hatch with a flower crown, can also now be shiny for the first time. All 3 that I just mentioned can not evolve however. Lastly, you have been able to hatch a shiny Azurill for a long time, but wild Marrils haven't been able to be shiny until today.

 

Normally you can only get shiny Marill by hatching a shiny Azurill, but now Marill can be shiny in the wild.

 

I see. I never read the damn notifications on the app. I just close out of them.

 

Togepi has been shiny for a long time.
