Omg just caught 2 Hitmonchan within 30 mins of each other. This is awesome.

 

I caught a little over 1200 Karps before I got my shiny.

 

My first two 7km eggs were...

 

awesome Pokemon day walking around Denver today. she hatched four Farfetch’d and a Mr. Mime, i just hatched a Mime. she also caught a shiny Squirtle which was her first non-event shiny.

then at the hotel we just traded a bunch of Magikarp to get her candy count up, and one of the ones i traded her became lucky and a fucking 100%! so she is a few days from a lucky 100% Gyarados and i am equally happy to give it to her and jealous as hell.

 

I’ve hatched one Farfetch’d and one Mr. Mime, as well as 9 Alolans. No Kang yet which is the only one I need.

 

FUCK YESSSSSSSS I AM FINALLY DONE

 

Incredible, after all the complaining about a shiny....I catch a shiny Pineco. Pretty much the last thing I care about. This game really gets me sometimes.

 

Got a shiny Moltres at work. Looks cooler than the old in game sprites.

 

21 eggs hatched and this is what I got:

2 Kanga
2 Farfetch'd
1 Tauros
1 Mr Mime
1 Tangela
2 Vulpix
3 Meowth
4 Sandshrew
5 Diglett

Luckily I got all the regionals and even got two for some so that my girlfriend doesn't need to worry about finding them other than Tauros.

 

how does everyone hatch eggs so fast? christ. haha

 

I go on an hours walk at lunch every weekday to get out of the office, I just put my phone in my hoodie pocket/pouch thing and it hatches them. Plus I had a ton of unused coins so I got super incubators for some of them.

 

Having 5 or 6 incubators on the go helps a LOT.

 

I used to leave the game on in my pocket while working in the restaurant and it would rack up kilometers like crazy, but now it doesn't work anymore :/

Has anyone noticed problems with the GPS on the app lately? I find that a lot of times it's not been tracking my walking when I am out and about etc.

 

I've had issues with it not recognizing that i'm moving at times. My fix has been to pull up my control menu on my iphone, switch into airplane mode for about five seconds, then turn it off and swipe back into the game. Usually works for me.

 

Yeah I usually have to flip my WiFi on and off the same way. For instance, I was walking on a trail this morning and there were 0 spawns showing up for a bit...even though I knew there should have been a bunch. Turned it off and back on and it worked.

 

Hatched a Tauros and wanted to riot

 

Yesterday I went on a run. I had an egg that was 0.3 km away from hatching. After over a mile on the run the egg still hadn't hatched.

 

Finally hatched two Alolan eggs. Diglett and Sandshrew. I hate everything.

 

Does anyone know if you have to have received the eggs during the event?

 

Yes you do

 

yes. You have to have received them after the 14th.

 

this is unfortunate.

 

Imagine hatching a Mime when the British climate means you see on average 30 a day...
