Imagine the next ex raid isn’t Mewtwo and it’s Mew? A man can dream.

 

Not going to lie, I would probably pick this game back up if I got a Mewtwo pass. I got very discouraged when I didn't get a single legendary. haha.

 

They will be adding quests in the game in the near future. It says that the rewards could include Stardust, XP, Items, a meeting with a Pokemon. Anyone think that's how they could put Mew, Celebi, etc. in the game? You do a big quest and get to catch Mew?

 

Got my first EX Raid pass. Pretty excited, but not sure if there is going to end up being enough people which would really be a let down. Especially considering the Gym is literally a quarter miles walk from my house. Sigh....

 

Yeah, I got my second Ex Raid invite for this Saturday as well. Two days apart lol. My slack group is going nuts mainly because we haven’t had any in our area, and now we have 2 back to back almost.

 

Wondering if I should pop a lucky egg now for a mass evolve or if I should wait to see what the Valentine’s event entails, although I doubt it will coincide with double XP or anything. Might just have to bite the bullet and keep upgrading my bags.

 

Hitting the plane to Cancun shortly. Any regionals I should look out for?

Well the ones you could catch from Gen 3 in Cancun are Solrock, Seviper and Plusle, which are the same as the ones you can catch in the USA right now.

Just used some tm’s to get a full ice type team with all ice moves in preparation for Ray. Some of the IV’s aren’t great but oh well

 

Just out of curiosity, what do the x's next to some of them stand for?

 

Just my own way of remembering what type moves they have. Like the Lapras knew Water/Ice moves and since Lapras is a Water/Ice type, it has the X to indicate it has both types of moves. But I used a TM so now it just knows ice moves.

 

I just had the thought that it would be really cool if you could sell things back to the shop for coins. Like I have 53 lures and I can’t imagine actually using all of them, but they came with gift boxes for the most part.

 

Got my first Mewtwo. 82% sadly, but the second Ex Raid is tomorrow so maybe i'll see a better one then. However before the Ex Raid, I got a 96% Kyogre i'm happy about. Headed to Vegas in two days, hope I find some good spawns in between drinks and slots.

 

Just caught a 162CP Magikarp with 96% IV’s. Best one I’ve ever caught for sure, and thankfully I have 1300+ candies so I can evolve it ASAP.

Also, I live in a small town but used to live in a big city where there was a guy who made the “monster maps” for my area, which is basically a live map that also includes IV’s for certain Pokémon of the creator’s choosing. I just messaged him on Facebook to see if he would be interested in creating a monster map for my small town if we collected some money to donate for his time and labor. It would be really cool if he decides to do it, but I have my doubts.

Gotcha, I was just curious because I do stuff like that too. I'm at a point now where every Pokemon I have has their IV rating next to them regardless of how crappy they are or not. It's an OCD thing at this point.

 

Confirmed that we are going to have enough people for the Mewtwo raid tomorrow. I'm excited to a level that is unhealthy. I may quit playing if all this anticipation is built up and I don't catch him.

 

Man I don't know if I'll be able to catch Kyogre before they take it out lol

 

Man, this happened to me with Ho-Oh. It's literally the only legendary I didn't get at least one of and it has been bugging the shit out of me because there is absolutely no hint or timeline or anything indicating when these legendary Pokemon are going to be cycled back through.

 

Yeah it's kinda driving me nuts haha. I know they'll cycle them back eventually because you can't not do it with these if you did it with the legendary birds

 

I'm right there with you. 98% of mine have their IV percentage in the name.

 

Don't worry. Literally every person at our raid yesterday got it. There were like 19 of us. As long as you don't miss and aren't throwing insane shots, you'll have it.
