I seriously only did one raid since new year's, and it was the ex raid one, it's all luck

 

How difficult was he to actually catch?

 

When I caught mine we were 6 and all 6 of us caught it and there was some that already had it. I think he's not as difficult to catch as other legendaries.

 

Thank goodness, I have my ex raid next week.

 

Man I wish I could get an exp raid pass. I'm really looking forward to the Dratini community day next month.

 

I caught my 3rd 100% IV Pokemon! A nice Aron!

 

My two other 100% Pokemon are Magneton, which will be great when they release Magnezone in Gen 4, and Kingler, which is fine I guess.

 

I've only caught 2 100% so far. Gyarados and Magcargo. One of those I'm happy about. One them not so much.

 

Gyarados is great! I never get good Magikarps :/ Magcargo is as disappointing as my Kingler.

I'm pretty happy about my Aron because Aggron is awesome. But my favourite Gen 3 Pokemon is still Metagross.

 

I'll be honest, I stopped after gen 2 when I was a kid and didn't play again until sun and moon. So, I don't know much about gen 3, but I'm super excited to learn more about them.

 

I stopped after Gen 3. I played Platinum (gen 4) a few months ago and it was alright. I don't know much about any later generations though.

 

I just this year started to get 100% Pokemon. I've got 4 now: Blissey, Absol, Groudon, and Charizard.

Gyarados would be amazing though.

 

Also i'm fairly certain i've read that Mewtwo's catch rate is like 4% or 5% higher than regular Legendary Raid Bosses. Rightfully so too.

 

So, my ADD makes this game so difficult sometimes (I legit have ADD). I can never figure out which Pokemon I want to work on using my Stardust and I just jump from random Pokemon to random Pokemon. However, I think I've finally figured out how to make sure I at the very least work on the same ones until they are fully leveled up. I just starred the top 12 gym Attackers and top 12 Gym Defenders (one of each with the highest IV rating) and those are the only ones I'm going to work on right now. Hopefully, this will help keep me only working on my top 24 Pokemon instead of just using Stardust on random Pokemon with no Rhyme or Reason to it other than they are my highest CP pokemon.

 

Most people in our group of like, 15 got it. I missed the throw completely on my first throw, then caught on my second ball

 

I only have one 100% guy....a Dragonite. Came from my very first Dratini, so I've been trying to power him up foreeeever now. Dratini event is going to be money.

 

Yeah I can’t wait for that Dratini community event, hope I’m not busy for that three hour chunk

 

Makes me jealous. I have a 98%.

 

I’m making sure not to pick up work that day haha.

 

Caught a Lotad earlier, is the fully evolved form pretty good? I know nothing about this gen.

 

Ludicolo from what i've heard isn't a crazy powerful Pokemon, but it is rare. I haven't gotten a good one yet so I don't even have the second evolution.

 

Yeah that’s what I thought, but a level 40 guy in my local group keeps calling out when they spawn. I’ve had at least two spawn right outside my driveway in the past hour, but probably just because it’s “raining” on the app.

 

Lotad rarely spawns when it is not raining, so I haven't seen it often because it's hard to get rain when it's -30°C half the time.

 

Just did my first raid in like four months and caught it! 87% Kyogre, feels good!

 

We call them out too on Slack when one spawns. Also only see them during the rain here as somebody else said.
