The gym that I can access from my desk at work is having a raid soon. Awwww yeah. Also I finally got a Pokemon in 2 gyms so I can finally get some coins.

 

I had 7 gyms for about 24 hours but Mystic shuts that down every day. I need to communicate with Valor players somehow.

Also missed out on 2 Tyranitar raids now cause they've happened while I'm working. It's the only thing I need still that's available to catch from raids (excluding legendaries).

Has anyone reported seeing a legendary raid yet?

 

Hmm. Just bought a premium raid pass from the shop because the Pokémon go website said that they last for one full day of multiple raids, but it disappeared from my inventory after I used it.

Edit: someone just told me you can use it multiple times in the same raid.

 

Just did a solo raid battle for a Muk, and it broke out of all 12 Premier balls and golden raspberries I used :(

 

Omfg about to do a raid against a Tyrannitar with like eight other people. Wish us luck!

 

The fucker dodged every ball and broke out of three that I used a gold berry curve ball on smh

 

Just did a Tyranitar raid with ten of us from my town. Took 7 balls but bae is mine. 227 Caught. I'm 4 for 4 on raid catches I hope my lucky streak continues.

 

I've been starting to get more into this game than I ever really have before. I've got 174 so far which is pretty low compared to a lot of you. But just hatched 2 baby Pokemon back to back which I didn't have any of previously. And I finally got around to evolving some of the stuff I stocked up on during the past few events. Also started powering up some of my best Pokemon and damn you go through stardust fast lol

 

I still haven't done a single raid or gym battle since the new update... I've only had one full day off in the last three weeks! I might make myself get out to a park or something tonight.

 

I went through 100,000+ stardust today, and 200,000 in the past 7 days!!! Got a real good Charizard, Tyranitar and Dragonite now though

 

It looks like you can only get a new raid pass each day if you use the one from the day before. So, you can't build them up over time which kind of sucks. I can't really do raids until the weekend and was hoping that you could build them up over the week and do a bunch on the weekends.

 

Yeah it's weird that you can only hold onto one raid pass at a time

 

I have no data left for the month so I can't do any raids :( lol

 

You can hold as many premium passes as you like though. Niantic sees the $potential$.

 

Just did my first raid. Of all things it was a Quilava. But me and my wife easily took it down and caught it. Pretty fun. Can't wait to try with other people and pokes

 

Did a Raid with the fiance today and caught a Machamp. It was hell and the Raid was glitching the whole time. I had no idea what poke I had in battle or the damage to the Machamp the whole time. It just kept showing my Gengar fainting over and over again and random Pokemon getting sent out and being returned quickly. I don't know if anyone has had this problem - but I submitted a bug report to Niantic.

 

Haven't had any problems but a girl I was doing a raid with today had hers freeze towards the end of the raid right before we defeated it.

 

Hatched another Mareep today putting me on 107 candies from 87, saving me 100km of walking
Got 3 more 10k's incubating so if one of them is another Mareep I'm laughing; Laughing all the way to the candy bank, baby!

 

Finally got my first Mareep!

 

Yay! I've walked 94.3 km with mine and am up to 31 candies. Some Mareep nests would be nice!

 

I've been getting so many errors with gym battling. I'll battle a few times and knock a Poke or two out. Then when I next try to fight it, it gets to the battle screen and then I get an error and it kicks me from the battle. Annoying.

 

I don't know if my phone is just going downhill or what, but I had the app open a little last night and some this morning and my battery just tanked both times. Hopefully I don't have to replace my phone anytime soon. haha.

 

Boy do I feel kinda guilty about pissing & moaning about how long getting 125 Mareep candies is taking me - I've only walked 68km and have 107!!!

 

So being that I've had such good luck with raids, my second Tyranitar raid this morning ended with everyone catching him but me.:(
Knew this day would come.

 

It wouldn't be Pokemon Go without pissing and moaning! My only Mareep was caught in the wild so I started at 3 candy. I haven't hatched one... YET.
