Haha. I really want a Tyrogue to get my Hitmonchan, but I know with the way this game is, the first one I'll ever get will be a Hitmontop....the one everyone wants but not me personally.

In trying to get my Dragonite, I ended up getting 56 Larvitar candies which I didn't even want.

 

Oh man, that would irritate me too. I'm finally up to five consistent gyms, after a couple weeks of just one or two

 

Just caught two Snorlax's 2600CP+ and a Gyarados around 2400CP using local maps

 

Shit like this is never on my local map. It's always just an array of useless stuff.

 

where does one find these, 'local maps'?

 

If I'm not lazy I could actually get a Typhlosion tonight before the event even starts. Nest not too far from where I live. I probably will because I just know the event won't actually have what I need.....

 

Check your local Facebook page if you have one and ask around on there to see if there is one

 

The dude who made the one I use added a filter so you can exclude all the commons, and make the ultra rare Pokémon jump out. There's probably like 25 Snorlax's that pop up in my city a day.

 

The one here is the same. Still rarely have much pop up.

How many of you have a Wobbuffet? I've never seen one and I'm just wondering if it's my region or if they're hard to come by

 

I caught the only one I've ever seen. They do nest so that's worth checking if you have a good amount nearby.

 

pokehuntr is working pretty well as of late. Totally useless in my hometown, but when i'm in places like Albany it's a game changer. Literally.

 

I caught one and hatched one. Never seen another on the radar.

 

I've caught six or seven and had one flee.

 

Add that to the list of never seen for me. Anybody have girafarig?

 

I happened upon a nest so I caught like 20 in one day but never seen one anywhere else.

 

I kept getting Stantlers and confusing the two. So when I saw people talking about how rare they were I was like man I keep hatching these. Boy was I wrong

 

I've caught 12 and they are common enough by me to ignore at this point. Probably not what you want to hear, but I see them pretty much every other day in the over world view but don't tap them because they are such a pain to catch.

 

Wobbuffet I've seen six and caught 4, so that's semi-rare for me.

Girafarig even more so with seen 4 and caught 3.

 

Aww the gym I take every day to cash in coins now has a 2700 Blissey at the bottom so there's literally nothing I can do on my own. :(

I was fortunate to have a Wobb and Girafarig nest in back to back rotations a few months ago. Should have a Fortress this week, 1 candy left on Pineco. Hoping the event will give me Lapras candy and a Typhlosion.

 

I barely ever fight gyms, but somehow I've had a Snorlax in the bottom spot of a level 10 gym for 5 days in a row now. I never really have coins so I don't know what to do with myself!
