18 miles and I'll finally have a blissey (used a converter because I'm a terrible American that doesn't understand the metric system)

 

7 candies away from a Togetec then I'll only have 3 left.... lets doooo thisssss

 

I play this game very, very casually, but just went for a 15 minute walk and caught my first Kabuto, Aerodactyl, and Larvitar!

Edit: and my first Shuckle while sitting back at my desk.

 

Didn't realize Slugma was rock type. So got 30 or so candies for him in the last hour.
Caught my first Shuckle
Caught two Aerodactyl and saw others on sightings so it's clearly higher spawn rate than Lapras was during the water event.
Tons of Omanyte and Kabuto
No sign of a Larvitar which is all I need from this event now...

 

I swear this game is trolling me. The Aerodactyl I caught was 150CP.

 

Larvitar spawned, tapped him, no response, Slugma glitched on top of it, tapped, both disappeared. :)

 

I'm super jealous that Aerodactyl is apparently spawning for everyone else like crazy. That's really the one I'm after right now.

But on the other hand, getting three Dratini candies when I opened the app was awesome.

 

This event almost feels cheap. I had never seen a Slugma in the wild before and am already sick of them. I grinded months for Geodude, Omanyte, and Kabuto candies and probably could have gotten enough to evolve them in just a few hours today. Ah well.

 

I don't need any rock pokemon but I definitely need to walk my Porygon so I can hurry up and evolve it

 

This event is full of things I needed unlike the last two so this is wonderful.

 

Magcargo popped up during the start of the event for me so that was cool.

 

I swear I get screwed by these events. I was already being overrun by slugmas and geodudes

 

Yeah I did the same. But now I'm also getting random things on top of those...like a wild Meganium just popped up.

 

I have enough candies already from tonight for two Omastars, Steelix, two Golems, another Kabutops, another Magcargo, and walked enough for the last candies I needed for Donphan and Lanturn. It's almost too easy. But I guess deserved since my town is terrible with rare spawns usually.

Edit: didn't see any Larvitar though, or any evolved forms besides Magcargo.

 

This event has sucked for me so far so I've been going through my pokedex and seeing if I have any high IV pokes I can evolve and replace some shitty ones. I had a 89%IV Growlithe I just evolved to an Arcanine and it's moves were snarl and wild charge - an electric move? Why in the everloving fuck can a fire pokemon even get a damn electric move as its main attack anyway?!?!?

 

I think my Slowking has fireblast or something.

 

Caught a 2200cp+ aerodactyl and my first larvitar and shuckle, good event lol

 

I'm already up to 89 Mareep candies and have caught enouogh Omanyte to have 34 towards Omastar; I had only ever seen one Omanyte prior to this event.

 

Caught Onix, Aerodactyl, Shuckle, Omanyte, and evolved Slugma about five minutes into the event. lol

 

Just got 8 Cyndaquil candies on my lunch break! Not seen even a hint of an Aerodactyl so far (but I don't really need anything from this event anyway) so walking by buddy will be my main goal. 18 Cyndaquil candies needed, then 10 Totodile candies, so if I can get that this weekend i'll be happy.
When does the event end, monday?

 

I'm having weird luck then.

- No sign of Aerodactyl (the main one I need)
- Grinded the shit out of nests for Omanyte, Geodude, and Kabuto...now they are eeeeverywhere
- Caught my first Shuckle...the night before the event started
- Seeing more rares than usual that aren't even rock type like a Meganium yesterday.

This game never makes sense.

 

I think it ends the 25th.

 

Holy cow! I was gonna bust my ass & walk 10k+ tomorrow but I won't bother with that I don't think

 

I think this has probably been asked before, but what is the North American pokedex number?
