Easily wait. IVs on a Tyranitar will be awesome for maxing out its CP for the gym game.

 

It's HP and Defense are it's good stats so I'm guessing that's good for defending gyms?

 

If it's 93% its attack won't be far behind.

 

Saw a Typhlosion in a gym today. Amazing. Never thought I'd ever see one of those.

 

I got a Metal Coat for my 7 day streak and then at the very next stop, got a random Sun Stone.

I thought it was my first Sun Stone but apparently it was my third. I obviously don't pay enough attention at stops.

 

Literally had the same thing happen to me today. Got a metal coat on my seven day streak today and then my very next stop was another metal coat. Honestly, I am at a point now where I have multiple of each item so it's not as exciting when I get one anymore.

 

I can't even use most of my evolve items due to lack of candy.

 

I wish there was a better way to track Pokémon in the wild. It sucks to live in a suburban area and get decent spawn rates but not be near any stops. It's so frustrating seeing new Pokémon on the nearby but knowing the only way to catch it would be to spend 15 mintues running through the different spawn areas in my neighborhood.

 

Also, the game has been super buggy for me since the update on the 7th. Considering the main bulk of that update was bug fixes I am kind of frustrated

 

The game just seriously needs a filter option so people can stop the usual garbage pigeys and sentrets from even showing up on the radar. I'd hate to think its showing me a rattata at a pokestop instead of a Dragonite one pokestop further that I'd never know about.

 

In my experience the rarest of the rares never show up on the radar anyway. The Snorlax I caught the other day was the latest example; there was also a Natu + a Nidoran at the particular stop it was caught, and those two pokes were on my radar for a good 10mins before I got there. When I showed up, all 3 popped up at the same time. Has happened far too many times recently, with several Dratini, a Misdreavus (supposedly rare) and even a Muk!

 

I actually tend to feel that way too, that rare ones show up on my radar even when they are further from other stops closer

 

I don't even mind that more common pokemon show up on on my list. I just wish there was a way to toggle between the pokemon that are near stops and pokemon that are in the "wild." Mostly because I live just close enough to two poke stops that it only shows me what is at those two poke stops, but doesn't show me anything that is in the wild in my neighborhood. Whenever I take walks around my neighborhood nothing I catch was on my nearby list because it only shows me what is at those two poke stops. One of the stops is at a sports complex that is locked up at night and the other is across a highway, so neither of them are stops I can walk to when I take a walk in my neighborhood with my kids. At this point, that's about one of my only complaints with the game.

 

Got my Steelix today! Leaves me needing Porygon 2, Slowking and Politoed as my remaining evo item Pokemon.

 

Does anyone know of anyone seeing the evolutions that need items in the wild? A wild steelix for example?

I'm so rattled right now. Saw a Forretress silhouette on my radar from my couch so I went down the street to get it in the rain. It broke out of two raspberried ultra balls and ran. Never even seen a Pineco...

Edit: that being said, flee rates seem to be up today. Three other lesser things that I needed all ran from me right away today too.

 

Still feel like I am seeing more rare stuff than usual. Only walked for about 30 minutes and saw a Hitmontop, Koffing, and two Cyndaquills

 

Why am I still hatching shit like Psyducks and Rhyhorns. My app is still stuck in 2016.

Somehow I've caught 2 Weezings in my house this week but haven't seen a Koffing anywhere else in the neighborhood.

Case in point

 

Finally hatched a fucken Smoochum to complete the babies at least - 213/213 now. Also, to add to my point yesterday about rares not showing up on the radar, I caught a 1400cp Crobat right next to a pokestop that wasn't on the radar, but two common pokes who also appeared right next to it were on the radar.

 

Hatched two Squirtles and a Bulbasaur yesterday. It was pretty dope.
